Which location do you serve?
Get Groomed barber services are currently available in London & Birmingham. You can choose a location that suits you the best, our barber services can be booked to your home, office or hotel. If you live in one of our unserved locations you can still email us on [email protected] to check if there is a barber available.

What are the working hours?
Appointments can be booked from 07.00am to 11.00pm every day. However, we require a notice period of 4 hrs before your appointment time. You can still email us on [email protected] to check availability in case there are barbers travelling closer to your location

How Long Will the Appointment Take?
Depending on how many services you request, the duration of your appointment will vary.

Can I cancel or modify my appointment?
We have a 2 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time free of charge. You can cancel the appointment via the “My Bookings” section on the website or via the mobile app.You will only be able to cancel and not amend your booking. In case you want to make changes you will have to cancel and book again or send us an email on [email protected]
For cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee. See our T&Cs for more details.

What do I need for the Appointment?
All you need to do is to make sure that there is a comfortable chair, a table to place the equipment, enough space and good lighting.

Will the service be clean and tidy?
We aim to give you the best possible experience. Our barbers will bring cloaks to protect your clothes and sheets to protect the floor. After the appointment they will clean up any mess and leave the place as it was

What do I do if I am running late, what do I do?
Our barbers can wait up to 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. We have a 2 hour cancellation policy, so you will be charged a cancellation fee if you do not inform us in advance.See our T&Cs for more details.

Are the barbers experienced?
All the barbers at Get Groomed are all highly skilled, professional and vetted. We interview and check every barber with an extensive background check upon making the application.

How Are Payments Processed?
You need to register your payment method upon check out. We will place a hold on the payment. We will authorize a payment in full but capture the payment after the service is done.
Safe and secure third party payment processing service is used to complete the payments.

My appointment was cancelled, when should I expect a refund?
You would not have been charged if the appointment was cancelled due to the unavailability of stylists. If the appointment was cancelled for other reason, then refunds take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

How can I provide my feedback or make a complaint?
We value your opinion a lot. You can leave your feedback and concerns using the Contact us form in the website. A member of our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible. You can also send your feedback and complaints via e-mail to [email protected]

How Do I apply to join the Get Groomed team?
You can fill in the ‘Become a barber’ application form and upload your CV. Make sure to add as much details as possible. Once you submit the application a member of our recruitment team will be in touch with you to discuss the details. Click here to for more details. Do I have to tip?
Whether you tip or not is completely up to you. You can tip in cash when the barbers delivers the service.
What are Get Groomed Gift Cards and where can I purchase them ?
Gift cards can be purchased via our website and are redeemable against at-home barbering services in London & Birmingham.

Gift Cards can be delivered to the recipient via email and contain a unique code that can be redeemed against services within 12 months of the purchase date. The gift card represents a monetary value and is redeemable against services until the value runs out. Gift card codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes. All Gift card bookings are subject to Get Groomed Ltd terms and conditions and cancellation policy.
We offer a fourteen-day cancellation policy with a full refund on gift cards, provided they haven’t been redeemed against a service. If you would like to cancel your gift card, please contact the Customer Service Team quoting the purchaser’s name.

How to use my gift card ?
The gift card represents a monetary value and is redeemable against at-home services in London & Birmingham until the value runs out. You can redeem your gift card via app or website using the unique code stated on your gift email (e-gift card). Enter this code into the gift card code section of the booking page of the app or website.

Please note you cannot use your gift card in conjunction with any other promotional or referral code.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) - What safety measures are in place?
The safety of both our customer and barbers are our top priority. And in order to protect you and our barbers we have established heightened safety and hygiene standards for our services.

Our Get Groomed professional barbers will follow the below standards:

  • Barbers would carry Covid safety kits:
    • Face Mask
    • Face shield
    • Sanitizers
    • Gloves
  • Scissors and other tools will be thoroughly disinfected between uses with appropriate barbicides.
  • Barbers will thoroughly wash hands before and after the service
  • Barbers will keep a safe distance except when the grooming service is taking place
  • We connect with all our Get Groomed barbers on a regular basis to check on their health and wellbeing. We will take appropriate support measures if they or any of their family members need to self-isolate.
  • We have advised the barbers to carry gloves and face shields. However, this is not mandatory. Medical advice states that thoroughly washing hands before and after a service is safer than wearing gloves.

What measures should I as a customer take before the service?
If you are feeling unwell, have temperature or flu-like symptoms, get in touch with our team [email protected] so we can reschedule your booking.

  • It is mandatory to wear a face mask during your service. If the customer does not have a mask, then it is upon the discretion of the barber to decide if he/she want to continue or not. Masks can be hand made using the following link.
  • Customers are advised to have a shower and wash hands thoroughly before and after the service.
  • Make sure to choose a well-ventilated space to have the service carried out, an area closer to windows or doors will be ideal. Avoid having other members of your household in the same room during the service. Ensure the barber has easy access to hand-washing facilities.
  • Clean and disinfect the service area both before and after your service. As an additional precaution you can sanitize the other touch that came in contact with the barber.
  • IMPORTANT: Please cancel or refrain from making a booking if you or anyone in the household has any symptoms in accordance with NHS’s COVID guidelines. Avoid making a booking for at least 7 days from the first day of symptoms if you live alone, or for 14 days if you live in a household with other people.
